:Role: - Technical Project ManagerLocation: - PuneJob Summary \xe2\x80\x93Experienced Technical project manager in Azure Cloud Transformation/Transition of infrastructure projects.Looking for a dynamic, articulate, and driven project manager with years of experience delivering complex infrastructure projects. You will need to have good knowledge of business analysis as this project involves upgrading and migration of business applications, & systems in Microsoft Azure.Key to the role is an ability to understand and define each project workstream, manage its timeline, look forward and anticipate delivery challenges; mitigate these constructively and proactively.Years of experience needed \xe2\x80\x93Experience \xe2\x80\x93 10+ years.Technical Skills:\xef\x82\xb7 Provide detailed planning for delivery of projects.\xef\x82\xb7 Maintain a schedule of changes for the program.\xef\x82\xb7 Work with the project stakeholders to maintain a forward schedule of the resources required to support delivery, ensuring that lead times for engagement are accommodated.\xef\x82\xb7 Issue timely communications in relation to scheduling & implementation of changes with business & IT.\xef\x82\xb7 Understand the organizations processes & remediate delays early to minimize delivery bottlenecks.\xef\x82\xb7 Manage technical SME for tasks and ensure resources deliver work on time.\xef\x82\xb7 Manage the change window including warranty periods.\xef\x82\xb7 Maintain the project task trackers as required.\xef\x82\xb7 Manage and maintain RAID log.\xef\x82\xb7 Manage and maintain timesheets and utilization reporting for all resources working on the project.\xef\x82\xb7 PMP/Prince 2 or similar qualification\xef\x82\xb7 SOW/Contract creation and managing the same for entire project lifecycle.\xef\x82\xb7 Expert on program management \xe2\x80\x93 planning, execution, stakeholder management etc.\xef\x82\xb7 Proficient in planning using relevant toolsets including MS Project/Azure DevOps etc.\xef\x82\xb7 Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint & Word\xef\x82\xb7 Well versed with ITIL processes.\xef\x82\xb7 Significant project management experience on complex projects with multiple stakeholders across business, departments, suppliers, and 3rd parties.\xef\x82\xb7 Proven track record in managing and delivering technical projects resulting in organizational change,\xef\x82\xb7 Proven ability to deliver Projects on time, on budget to specified quality.\xef\x82\xb7 Experience in managing projects through third parties including management of remote delivery teams.\xef\x82\xb7 Client/Vendor management experience (preferred)\xef\x82\xb7 Ability to think on your feet, adapt to changing circumstances and be dynamic in your approach.\xef\x82\xb7 Great communication and relationship management skills\xef\x82\xb7 Assertive and inquisitive nature with ability to adapt & learn dynamically.\xef\x82\xb7 Being able to interpret and translate client requirements into planned activities.\xef\x82\xb7 Ability to deal with conflict in a calm and rational manner.\xef\x82\xb7 Excellent English language skills preferred (written & verbal)Certifications Needed:\xef\x82\xb7 NA\xef\x82\xb7About MphasisMphasis applies next-generation technology to help enterprises transform businesses globally.
