DESCRIPTIONAmazon is looking for a Program Manager with a strong delivery record and proven project management experience to own and execute strategic, cross-functional operations and technology projects in the Supply Chain Operations Integration team. This role is about scaling the On Package Advertisement (OPA), which aims to evolve an internal supply chain capability that enables monetization of packaging real estate for brands to consume. This program is seen as a double win: Monetization Revenue through OPA product offering and creating a new stream for brands to use to advertise for offline medium. This role requires scoping large projects, setting a vision, managing to project timelines, and communicating to senior management on status, risks, and process/product changes. Cross-team coordination, team management, project management and executive presentation skills are essential. This role is based in Bangalore.Responsibilities include:
- Working on programs and products that aim at scaling OPA across multiple use cases and business lines within the Amazon ecosystem.
- Managing cross-functional project teams, planning and organizing, and executing complex projects across multiple organizations and stakeholders to enable the launch of new projects, and processes.
- Managing a high performing team, and driving a culture of knowledge sharing, uniform decision frameworks and equitable distribution of load to drive excellence in goal setting and delivery of results.
- Innovating to improve customer experience and continuously remove cost from our fulfillment network.
- Managing bench marking analysis and projects for Amazon\'s fulfillment practices both internally and externally against best-in-class operations.
- Launching newer use cases towards expansion of product roadmap basis packging type, OEM capabilities and business use case.
- To own business strategy roadmap to scale with externalize partnerships with Media Agencies/Aggregators along with Product-Tech roadmap
- Launch Chariot Ads Business stream for IN marketplace
- Partner with Ads Org & Media Agencies to own Business GTM roadmap to scale OPA product offering for IN geo.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Design, Policy, Channel, Legal, etc to scale OPA with right visibility, creation of guidelines & framework to support business.
- Partner with Packaging, Procurement, Product, L&D, Ops, ACES to create product fitment, tech innovation to involve into PRFAQ/BRD to scale new product development and programmatic approach to scale non-linear.
- Own/Lead LRF/OP2 business roadmap and leading strategy to scale with right prioritization, investment with risk mitigation plan.
- P&L Owner for OPA stream work towards scaling up new revenue streams, simultaneously define pricing model with cost optimization initiatives to drive positive impact towards packaging stream.A successful candidate will also demonstrate:

- Ability to define monthly level program milestone tracker via Gant chart, OP1/OP2 & 3YP with internal & external stakeholders.
- Own & manage program P&L drive financials cost decisions with driving significant cost improvement across defined network
- Work across with stakeholders to define BRD, product roadmap, enable UAT and launch new product features by work along with Product-Tech teams to drive automation.
- Lead Business level discussions & build mechanisms to drive strategic collbartion with Channel Partners, Media Agencies, Ads BD, Brands to drive sales conversion, define VOCs, and drive top line towards OPA.About the team
The role is based out of the Operations Integration team of the Supply Chain vertical of Amazon operations. The mission of the team is to drive long term program and product interventions that improve the efficiency of the supply chain, measured through the lenses of enhanced customer experience or cost efficiency, or boosting our sustainability ambitions (the Climate Pledge).BASIC QUALIFICATIONS- Master\'s degree
- Experience managing project status
- Experience working as a program managerPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS- Knowledge of SQL, Perl, Unix/Linux, Visual Basic or other programming languages
- Experience as a process deployment program manager
- Experience towards OOH Ads Channel, BD Management and understanding of Ads Ecosytem and exposure to build strategic partnerships with media houses, brands to adapt new OOH product offering.
