We have ambitious growth plans and goals for the future and the global and local scale to achieve them.About the RoleReporting to the Director of Business Performance and working closely with the India Managing Director, this is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Program Manager with a proven track record of delivering transformational change. As Senior Program Manager, you will execute high-impact strategic projects and transformation initiatives across various functional areas and brands within Flutter Entertainment India (FEI) and the broader Flutter Group.Key Responsibilities

• Drive Strategic Programs: Own, plan, and implement site wide programs and change initiatives for FEI, ensuring alignment with the organizations goals.
• Monitor Progress: Track the delivery of program objectives and benefits, taking proactive steps to ensure successful outcomes.
• Transition Management: Oversee smooth business transitions, ensuring changes are seamlessly integrated into day-to-day operations while maintaining business continuity.
• Reporting & Insights: Provide clear and insightful progress reports, flagging risks and issues to ensure transparency and drive informed decision-making.
• Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams across locations to deliver tangible, impactful change.
• Program Standards: Contribute to developing and refining program management standards and methodologies to maintain best-in-class practices across Flutter.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Build and nurture strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Embed Change: Work with teams across multiple locations to ensure changes are effectively embedded and deliver long-term value.
• Future Planning: Explore possibilities and scenarios to help the India MD navigate change and shape the organization's future.
