Members of the YO.DH community are young professionals in the digital health space, who are under 35 of age. Its overarching mission is to establish a dynamic network of professionals and offer them a space for peer-learning, representation, and collaboration. By emphasizing the inclusion of youth in digital health dialogue, YO.DH defies the conventional reliance on established experts.YO.DH members benefit from a spectrum of offerings, including mentorship from accomplished Digital Health experts, targeted networking opportunities, a comprehensive repository of digital health resources, interactive learning sessions, and guided field visits.RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated, hands-on and self-starter Senior Program Associate to join our team. The Senior Program Associate should have an entrepreneurial mindset with a problem-solving mentality and be willing to work in a high performing and results oriented team. The Senior Program Associate will work closely under the supervision of the Project Lead to oversee the conceptualization and implementation of all YO.DH activities. This includes but not limited to designing and implementing various offerings such as the webinars, podcasts and mentorship program; constant engagement with the volunteers; designing communication collaterals; organizing logistics and carrying out operations among others.The successful candidate will play multiple roles of program designing, stratergising, coordination and operations. Qualification and experience in the following domains would also be useful:\xef\xbb\xbf\xef\xbb\xbfCommunication related disciplinesDigital health or public health related disciplinesProgram designingSocial media designingManagement and Community engagementKey Responsibilities (including but not limited to):Formulate comprehensive strategies to enhance member engagement within the YO.DH communityAnalyze and adapt strategies based on evolving community dynamics and feedback.Identify collaborators and partners for YO.DHEstablishing communication with multiple stakeholders including partners, volunteers, members, and others.Create a content calendar of YO.DH, ensuring its relevance, accuracy, and timeliness.Develop content for YO.DH platform, including posts for social media posts, blogs, documents, and emailers (among others).Work closely with the PATH Communications team to develop and deliver content and outreach materialWork closely with YO.DH volunteers to plan and execute community initiatives.Create strategies to improve the volunteer pool over time and ensure productive engagement.Support the project manager in developing and maintaining effective communication channels with stakeholders, including donors, project partners, mentors, and subject matter experts.Coordinate and manage YO.DH events and outreach activities, including overseeing logistics, and coordination with vendors and agencies.Monitor the effectiveness of communication strategies and engagement initiatives through key performance indicators (KPIs).Use data-driven insights to refine strategies and maximize impact.QualificationsBachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Communication, Marketing, Social Development, Public Health or a related field.
