Role/ Job Title: Senior Production Support - NPA Applications

Function/ Department: Information Technology

Job Purpose:

• Senior Production Support - Compliance Applications role holder will be a senior support to the team to run an Enterprise applications, and will be responsible for production support & release management for all Compliance related Applications like AML, CKYC reporting, Negative trade screening, GRC solutions, employee compliance trading.
• Ensure "Run the bank" function for Enterprise Applications is run with high uptime and service-levels for resolutions.
• Ensure the builds are ring-fenced with right approvals and before production movement, conduct pre-production testing.
• The role holder must have knowledge of applications like AML, CKYC reporting, Negative trade screening, GRC solutions, employee compliance trading.

Primary responsibilities:

• Develop, manage, measure and report on key service-level metrics.
• Role will be responsible for service quality of 8 systems involving high-volume AML transactions which would involve product issues, data issues and performance issues.
• Identify system bottlenecks and opportunities for process improvements. Good understanding of ITSM processes.
• Senior various application\'s team for Production Support comes under Enterprise Application vertical.
• Ensure the daily BAU and SOPs are executed with defined SLAs.
• Automate and Publish SLA Dashboard.
• Ensure the closure of the issues on time, preparation of detailed RCA of issues.
• Strive for continuous improvement of incident management process and integration with other IT operations management processes.
• Build and maintain relationships with all IT units to ensure that IT-delivered services and end-user productivity goals are understood and exceeded.
• Perform collaboration sessions and develop action plans to address the knowledge transfer from the application development team for new releases.
• Conduct trend analyses and action plans for improving service timeliness and reducing costs.
• Contribute to problem solutioning, change, release, knowledge and ensure BCP/DR activities are planned and conducted.
• Track resolution of all open issues, be part of the solutioning team for war room / discussions.
• Manage audit queries related to all Enterprise applications Application\'s Production environment.

Secondary responsibilities:

• Keep the CMDB, KEDB & Scope documentation up to date.
• Manage team with high spirit.
• Set new processes and put it in action wherever needed.
• Manage the right support level and resource shift management.
• Budget preparation.
• Vendor Management.
• Management of PR & PO, & Invoices.
• Keep the data & details up to date.

Technical skill set:

• Have strong knowledge of Enterprise Applications like, AML, CKYC, trade negative screening.
• Have strong experience in Production support.
• Have strong experience on integration technology.
• Have deep knowledge of SQL, PL SQL Oracle, WebLogic, Linux, and Server.
• Have thorough understanding of networking concepts, firewalls, Clustering.
• Have critical analysis and troubleshooting skills.

Educational Qualification (Fulltime):

Graduation: Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) / Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) / Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA)

Post-Graduation: Master of Science (M.Sc) /Master of Technology (M.Tech) / Master of Computer Applications (MCA)

Experience: 5 to 10 years of experience in production support and 3 years of relevant experience in Compliance application.
