Responsibilities and Duties 1. Supervise production team to meet targets during the shift 2. Coordinate production schedules & resources 3. Follow standard procedures and quality standards 4. Train and manage new staff effectively 5. Troubleshoot issues and arrange equipment repairs 6. Manage optimum inventory levels for uninterrupted production 7. Ensure safety compliance and promote safe environment 8. Collaborate with other departments for smooth production and delivery 9. Improve processes and reduce waste 10. Maintain 5S standards in all areas of responsibility required Experience, Skills and Qualifications DME, B.E. 5-9 year experience in Rubber company Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent Salary: 920,000.00 - 930,000.00 per month Benefits:
