Job Description
Qualification: B.E. & B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
Experience: 4-8years
Location: Indore
Skills:
Good communication skills, Team & labour management, Understanding of Autocad mechnical drawings , basic understanding of operating tools & machines.
Responsibilities:
Monitoring of production & Equipments (Grating , Tanks & Moulding) including all major & minor operations like grinding, cutting, putty
MIS Reports -Daily Progress, Accident report
Coordination with stores for requisition of material
Production & Dispatch planning
Managing Loading & un-loading
Ensure safety measures at complete work shop & related trainings
Skill Training to workers as per planned calendar
Insure timely production as per client requirement
stock verification (Inventry check)
Take care of quality assurance (QA)
Labour Management including manpower allocation, work quality, efficiency, controlling absentism, minimizing
wastage & daily wastage dispaosal..
