  • Good experience in Technical support of Data Security based solutions/products
  • Has good hands on experience in technical support and has knowledge of preparing the charts and reports needed for technical support
  • Good PR skills and communication and connects to clients
  • Has good knowledge on product deployment, implementation and networking concepts
  • Has executed or handled turnkey projects and multiple clients as part of Customer Support
  • Has tracked and handled multiple projects and has delivered them on time
  • Has good understanding of customer mgmt needs, Patching, upgrades, deployment mgmt along with good Project Mgmt skills
  • Has good connects with SI and vendors in market
  • Has strong ownership of activities and accountability of projects handled
  • Has ability to act as PM, and good customer success manager, who can generate customer excellence and WoW customer with support provided
  • Team Player and ability to lead by example
