Senior Product Support Analyst

Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Epsilon's core products, providing technical workarounds and root cause analysis (RCA) reports.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address and resolve complex incidents in a timely manner.
- Automate deployment, customization, upgrades, and monitoring using DevOps tools in AWS Cloud.
- Identify process pain points and implement automation solutions to reduce turnaround times for issue resolution.
- Work with various technologies including AWS, SQL, RHEL, Java, .Net, Oracle DB, and Shell/Perl scripting to develop and maintain product components.
- Enhance DevOps pipelines and Cloud-based components to improve product quality and performance.
- Prioritize customer issues, ensuring effective communication and timely escalation as needed.
- Document troubleshooting steps and contribute to process improvements and knowledge sharing within the team.
- Lead initiatives for process improvements and adapt quickly to new technologies and business needs.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline.
- Experience: 6+ years of hands-on development experience, especially with Java, J2EE technologies, microservices, and cloud infrastructure.
