Must have a deep understanding of the airline industry and a proven track record in leveraging AI/ML to optimize flight scheduling, crew, passenger re-accommodation, network Ops, and operational recovery during disruptions. As Lead Product Specialist - drive innovation, foster a culture of data-driven decision-making, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive solutions that enhance airline operations, customer satisfaction, and overall resilience while enabling strategic planning through simulation.You will be part of the Boeing Global Services Digital Solutions team, which develops software applications and products that create direct value to its customers. Through our products we deliver innovative solutions to our global customer base at an accelerated pace.This position will be located at Bangalore , India.Position Responsibilities:As a Lead Product Specialist \xe2\x80\x93 Airline Disruption Management Platform, the selected individual will work in the BDAS-I team to lead and direct a team of highly skilled individuals responsible for developing and deploying Aviation software products.The selected individual will engage in defining and developing the Industry first \xe2\x80\x93 Airline Disruption Management system employing AI/ML and engineering data analytics methodsEvaluate business opportunities to define and lead product innovationDeeply understand the airline customer experience, identify and fill product gaps, generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growthTranslate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypesDevelop product roadmaps and project plans designed to address customer needsScope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impactWork closely with software development and validate early product definitions and proof-of-concepts with customersIdentify and document customer business problems and objectivesdefining, refining and documenting business requirements and user stories of the proposed minimum valuable product (MVP).Interacts with project stakeholders to clarify and define product and system requirements associated with proposed solutions, including translation of business requirements into technical requirements which is an interactive process throughout the entire project lifecycle.Analyzes and documents features and user stories and develops detailed functional and user specifications as a basis for detailed design, development specifications and estimates with SME\xe2\x80\x99s in technology development.Interacts with system engineers, developers and software testers to ensure customer requirements are fully understood, implemented and validated as agreed.
