:As the Senior Product Manager for Cost Management, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our product offerings. You will be responsible for leading the ideation, development, and launch of new features including leveraging AI and Generative AI to deliver exceptional value to our customers across the supply chain. Your expertise in product management and deep understanding of supply chain will drive the creation of innovative solutions that enhance our competitive edge and meet the evolving needs of our users.Qualifications:

• Experience:

• Minimum of 3-7 years of product management, consulting or implementation experience with focus on domains such as supply chain management and/or finance OR
• 3-7 years of consulting and implementation experience with Oracle ERP including supply chain management, financials, EPM.
• Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex concepts to diverse audiences.
• Education: Masters degree in Business , Finance or professional qualifications such CA, ICWA, CIMA.

• Lead the end-to-end development of new product features, from concept through launch, ensuring they address key challenges in supply chain cost management.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, AI, and customer success, to deliver impactful solutions.
• Incorporate AI and Generative AI technologies to enhance product functionality, automate processes, and provide actionable insights.

Customer Engagement:

• Engage with customers to gather feedback and understand their pain points related to cost management and accounting across the supply chain.
• Translate customer requirements into actionable product features and improvements that drive customer satisfaction.

Performance Monitoring:

• Define success metrics and KPIs for new features and track their performance post-launch.
• Use data-driven insights to continuously improve and optimize product offerings

As a member of the product development division, you will define product specifications and or strategy. Gather and analyze information to define product specifications and review design specifications. Communicate product strategy and functionality. Initiate and foster relationships with other groups. Review product documentation and collateral.
