:Role/Job Title: Senior Product Manager-HPEFunction/ Department: Retail LiabilitiesJob Purpose:HPE Campaign Product Owner & Designing the CA Digital Campaign engagement frameworkRoles & Responsibilities:
- Idenfication of Key Index to develop the ML models on portfolio Campaigns
- Selecting the right fit product for digital campaigns
- Selecting right set of customers - with the help of Analytics and HPE Data Science Team
- Ensuring the right communication by co-ordinating with stakeholders (Marketing and Product Managers)
- Non HPE Digital Campaign - where there is a dependency on external system
- Driving the campaigns by informing the branches with right SFDC triggers
- Maintaining the communication and campaign framework
- Publishing the Campaign dashboards
