Responsibilities Product Management Ensure robust implementation of supplier oversight processes, working closely with the CIB product manager and other partners to comply with all contractual and regulatory obligations. Influence / implement enhancements by vendor Ensure Business requirements are translated into Jira backlog, with clear documentation of the scope of work, use cases, workflows, wire-frames, and other materials as needed for the solution Partner with Investment Solutions to manage and groom prioritized backlog of Initiatives, Epics and Stories, Ensure JIRA hygiene (Definition of Ready and Definition of Done) Work closely with Technology and DCE partners to build an effective solution. Prioritize and manage the design, build integration and testing activities. Maximize the business value of the investment Embody true \'customer-obsession\' in identifying and leveraging user data, industry trends, and varying forms of user feedback to shape the product roadmap Ensure product related risks are identified and appropriate controls are put into practice Product Delivery Work closely with Investment Solutions to plan the scope and delivery timeline in a phased manner Act as an Agile Scrum master, effectively steering the Product- Technology- DCE Triad towards consistent and predictable delivery. Constantly strive to improve Jira efficiency, ensuring stories are tagged accurately for tracking and reporting Understand and mitigate risks, bottlenecks, and inefficiencies in product development lifecycle. Use Product cabinet and other established mechanisms to keep the Business updated. Coordinate execution of cross impacts/product dependencies, document/escalate project status Implement robust governance by ensuring that: (a) workstreams and initiatives are tracked and actively managed, (b) key performance indicators are agreed, measured and tracked, (c) risks are addressed and status measured, and (d) deliveries are successful. Qualifications 7-10 years of experience in product management or program management assisting in strategic or transformational change strongly preferred. Relevant experience in Wealth Management, Asset Management, Digital Banking, or a closely related business required. Experience managing product delivery across multiple workstreams with varying timelines, priorities and complexities. Demonstrated ability to manage tight delivery timelines, and ensure our organization is on track to execute and deliver strategic change that meets our goals. Proven ability to execute via successful internal partnerships with other organizations - with the ability to influence people at all levels across a broad variety of job functions. Structured thinker, effective communicator with excellent written communication skills. Ability to crisply articulate complex technical concepts to senior audiences with poise and confidence. Strong understanding of different technological development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall). Bachelor\'s Degree preferred (or equivalent experience required).
