DESCRIPTIONAlexa Billing Services (ABS) is the monetization engine for multiple B2B2C businesses in Alexa and Amazon Devices organization. ABS serves enterprise customers through businesses like Alexa Smart Properties, Amazon Smart Vehicles, and Alexa Built-In with Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable services. This role will work with multiple internal stakeholders across Alexa and Devices product teams, Accounting, FinOps, Tax, Business Development and international teams to deliver a robust, flexible, and easy to use billing portal that helps these businesses scale and deliver more value to customers.Key job responsibilities

• Assist in develop tech and product requirements, design specifications, go-to-market plans, and partner communication strategy for key product features
• Support the product vision and go-to-market strategy for a new strategic business
• Influence leaders across engineering, design, business development, solutions architecture, marketing, PR, legal, and finance to deliver exceptional results
• Establish key performance indicators, drive feature adoption, and measure the health of your product and business
• Develop long-term business and financial strategy
• Work directly with customers to identify their business needs
• Work with organizations across Amazon to develop strategic partnerships

A day in the life
As a Senior Product Manager, you will work directly with customers and stakeholders to define the product vision and business plan for ABS. You will work with other product managers to develop long-term business and monetization strategies. You will work to get buy-in on your vision from customers, partners, and executives across the company. You will partner with finance, engineering, and cross-Amazon organizations, to define a long-term strategy set and achieve our P&L goals.About the team

- 3+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills; strong bias towards data-based decision making and comfort with financial and operational analysisPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS- MBA
- Bachelor\'s degree in computer science, engineering, analytics, mathematics, statistics, IT or equivalent
