Job Description


Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead the product lifecycle management, pricing, and business development for our ICT products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management, business development, and presales, with excellent communication and project management skills.Key Responsibilities:1. *Product Lifecycle Management:*- Develop and maintain product backlogs- Collect market intelligence to inform product decisions- Manage product roadmap and prioritize features2. *Product Pricing & ROI Calculations:*- Determine product pricing strategies- Calculate ROI and manage product P&L- Collaborate with marketing and legal teams for product launches3. *Business Development & PreSales:*- Promote products to potential customers- Construct proposals and ensure PQ/TQ compliance- Drive revenue growth and meet sales targets4. *Sales Division Liaison:*- Work with domestic and global sales divisions to integrate products into their business strategies- Ensure product alignment with sales teams\' business objectivesPre-requisites:

  • 8+ years of experience in product management,
  • 5+ years of experience in business development, or presales
  • 5+ years of experience in Smart Cities, Safe Cities in products like Surveillance, Digital Governance, Enforcement, Command and Control Centers
  • 3+ years of experience in Products applicable in Enterprise segments like Industry 4.0/IoT/Surveillance, Digital Transformation
  • Exposure to latest technologies trends like Generative AI, Digital Twin & ESG to weave into Product Features to tap relevant market in India & Globally
  • Strong understanding of ICT products and services
  • Excellent communication, project management, and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science or related field preferably B.Tech/BE
Preferred Qualifications:
  • MBA from IIM/equivalent B-School
  • Experience in product launch management
  • Knowledge of industry trends and market analysis
  • Certification in product management or a related field
