• Owning and defining the strategy and product vision for Tide\'s business and individual data platform
• Balancing strategy (collecting, storing, organising, sharing), governance, and implementation
• Facilitating conversations between all the impacted stakeholders - executives, engineers, analysts, product managers, risk & compliance teams, regional business heads etc.
• Enabling ML engineers with the data required to enrich models or build new models

What we are looking forWe are looking for an exceptional platform product manager to join Tide\'s KYX team as we build one of the most sophisticated business and individual entity models that allows risk based approach to linked businesses and networks while enabling upselling of products and services. You will be comfortable in ambiguous situations and in dealing with matrix management. As there will be multiple product managers & engineers dependent on the platform runway you will be building, you are expected to be great at prioritisation.A unique role, you\'ll be able to bring the vision to life whilst playing a leading role within Tide\'s product team. Working alongside experienced product professionals and hand-in-hand with senior developers, data engineers, operation managers and risk experts to research, build, ship and improve the product.What makes you a great fit:

• You\'ve spent at least five years building data products or working extensively with data
• You have technical knowledge and experience with API-based products
• You have shipped market-leading products in a fast-growing product-focused company before, as Product Manager or Analyst
• You have proven experience of working hand in hand with backend and data engineers
• You\'re organised, pragmatic and capable of leading a technical interdisciplinary team; we\'re after someone who\'s not afraid to get their hands dirty and remove any blockers that might be on the critical path to shipping
• You\'re comfortable working in a fast-moving company where priorities can change and processes may need to be created from scratch
• You have familiarity with marketplace products, in financial admin (accounting, bookkeeping, payroll, tax etc.) or other services (KYC, digital marketing, legal & compliance etc.)
• You have experience working with risk & compliance teams as well as operations teams.
