Shift Timings: 11 AM to 7 PM (Need to extend to US time)

Work Location and Address: Hyderabad/ Bangalore (Hybrid)

Experience Range:- Total Exp - 15+ years

Salary:- 25 LPA -27 LPA

Project Details (Business Acumen):- Define , validate, and execute vision and strategy for online Shopping experience. Drive strategy and execution for online Shopping experience, and build a modern, immersive, AI-driven journey that delight our customers.

Roles and Responsibilities (JD)

15+ years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree;

6+ years with a Master's degree

Equivalent experience

Relevant Product Management experience with at least 3+ years' experience in building products for ecommerce or online customer experiences.

Strong leadership skills for driving and collaborating cross functional groups.

Experience with lean startup, agile development, and user centered design methodologies Strong communication skills, including the ability to convey analytics and customer insights effectively to both technical and business audiences.

Desirable Requirements

Master's degree

Engineering background

User experience (UX/UI) design

IC Role (Individual contributor)
