• Identify customers\xe2\x80\x99 unmet or unknown needs and market opportunities for enhancements or development of Assistive technology in Windows via quantitative and qualitative analyses.
• Identifies data-informed, short-term, and long-term investment opportunities, evaluates tradeoffs, and prioritizes investments in consultation with cross-functional partners for multiple feature areas
• Validate the market size and opportunity to determine features of greatest value.
• Scope each problem statement and solution, writing specification documents that clearly articulate the desired customer experience.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing, Business Planning, and Engineering, to identify product release criteria, customer acquisition, usage, retention and monetization strategies.
• Evangelizes the feature areas you work on with internal and external stakeholders, partners, analysts, and customers in the industry via presentations, blog posts, social media, and other forums.
• Define and track success criteria and performance metrics and provide clarity on fundamentals for accessibility features.
• Demonstrates a mastery of communication and data presentation and storytelling skills.
• Exhibit a growth mindset and humility, while working through high stakes scenarios.
• Demonstrate hypothesis-driven, problem-solving orientation

Qualifications:Required Qualifications

• Bachelor\'s Degree AND 5+ years experience in product/service/project/program management or software development

• OR equivalent experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor\'s Degree AND 7+ years experience in product management.
• Proven experiences as an ally who can further a more open, diverse, and inclusive workplace with a goal of everyone feeling like they belong.
• A Customer focused innovation mindset.
• Basic understanding of accessibility space.
