Each day we build on our values of respect, integrity, and accountability to create a culture of inclusion where everyone can thrive at work and beyond.Responsibilities:The primary focus of this role is to design and build a world class AI inferencing platform and onboard partners to leverage this capability in Microsoft 365. This boils down to two main areas:

• Work within teams in Microsoft to define the requirements for the standardized micro-service development platform leveraging AI. Define the standards and direction for the platform understanding the industry trends, play an influencer role and ensure all stakeholders are satisfied.
• Building a world-class developer experience for Microsoft developers to build scalable and reliable services on top of this platform. Be customer obsessed and bring breakthrough ideas to leverage AI in improving the life of Microsoft developers.

As part of the Microsoft 365 organization youll be expected to collaborate and drive efforts across multiple engineering managers and organizations; success will be through developing breakthrough ideas from start to finish with measurable and positive impact.Qualifications:Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree AND 5+ years experience in product/service/project/program management or software development

• OR equivalent experience.
• Solid cross group collaboration experience.

Other Requirements:Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings:

• Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Track record of going technically deep and quickly ramping up on new technologies.
• Ability to work independently in highly ambiguous environments.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to tailor your message to different audiences.
• Material experience and passion for software system building.
