As Microsoft forges ahead in its mission to enable every organization and every person on this planet to do more, we are looking for a Principal Product Manager to join the Enterprise Commerce team within the Cloud + AI, Commerce + Ecosystem (C+E) division. The Enterprise Commerce team in C+E is responsible for building and delivering the commerce platform that powers Microsoft\xe2\x80\x99s cloud and enterprise businesses, including Azure, Office 365, Dynamics 365, and more. The team\xe2\x80\x99s mission is to enable Sellers, Customers, Partners and OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) to buy, use, and manage Microsoft products and services in a simple, secure, and scalable way.Our team\xe2\x80\x99s mission is to transform, modernize and create the next generation of secured platform products with the focus on simplifying all aspects of deal lifecycle experience for our Commercial, Government and Original Equipment Manufacturer businesses leading to Faster Time to Market, CSAT, Increased Productivity and Revenue enablement for different personas.Responsibilities:As Senior Product Manager in this team, you will:

• Articulate, justify and execute a compelling vision for Commerce experiences.
• Passionately represents customers, their scenarios, and priorities in all aspects of product journey by leveraging data and customer engagement.
• Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and beyond, collaborating with engineering, design, marketing, sales, support, and other stakeholders
• Manage ambiguity, collaborate extensively and drive alignment with different stakeholders to drive strategic initiatives and feature work.
• Communicate product value proposition and benefits to internal and external audiences, including Senior Executives, Customers and Partners.
• Drives engineering agility by enabling feature crew to release and measure impact consistently.
• Conduct competitive assessment, leverage data and AI to build transformational commerce capabilities

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree or higher in computer science or a related field, or equivalent experience and MBA from premium institute is preferred.
• 10+ years of software product management experience, including at least 7 years designing and building SAAS/ Enterprise grade products and services.
• Experience in enterprise commerce, billing, subscription management, or related domains.
• Hands-on experience or knowledge in building AI led transformation capabilities
• Strong collaboration skills to impact/influence engineering and partner teams.
• Keen sense of ownership, drive, and entrepreneurial mindset to build trust with internal and externals stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with leadership teams in product vision.
• Exceptional problem solving, strategic thinking and technical acumen.
