MCF is an Amazon\'s service that allows Seller partners to fulfil orders for their non-Amazon sales channels (like branded websites/ Direct to Consumer-D2C websites), using their existing inventory present in Amazon\' Fulfilment centers and leverage Amazon\'s most reliable FBA fulfilment services. As the core value proposition, with MCF, sellers do not need to demarcate their inventory or selection for MCF orders. Using MCF, sellers will be able to offer selections and inventory in Amazon fulfilment centers to cater to both Amazon .in as well non-Amazon MCF orders. As a nationwide integrated fulfilment solution, MCF & FBA solves critical needs of warehousing, inventory management, invoicing, logistics and customer delivery, helping our seller partners to focus on brand building, customer engagement and marketing activities.

1. Drive the expansion of FBA and MCF services to improve seller and customer experience in India and globally.
2. Lead the end-to-end product management lifecycle for MCF, from ideation and development to launch and scaling.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including but not limited to Engineering, Accounting, Finance, Marketing, and Sales, to build and scale innovative features that address the needs of sellers and customers.
4. Analyze seller and customer feedback to identify opportunities for enhancing MCF\'s core value proposition.
5. Develop strategies to increase the adoption of MCF among FBA sellers and non-Amazon sales channels.
6. Monitor key performance metrics to evaluate the success of the product and iterate on improvements.
7. Communicate with senior management and other business/technical partners on product decisions, roadmap status and risksWe are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations:Bengaluru, KA, INDBASIC QUALIFICATIONS- 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with end to end product delivery
- Experience as a product manager or owner
- Experience owning technology productsPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS- Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights
- Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders
