Come build the future for data teams withWe are looking for a Senior Product Manager who is passionate about data quality and driven to create innovative solutions that add value for our customers.This is a remote, full-time role and can be held anywhere in US, Europe andIndia. We\'re fully remote since 2020, and our team is spread out across time zones.What Will You Do?

• Collaborate with our customers to understand their data quality challenges and requirements, ensuring Atlan\'s solutions meet their needs effectively.
• Partner with Data Governance teams to align data quality initiatives with overall data strategy and governance framework.
• Define and enhance metadata standards related to data quality, ensuring accurate and consistent data across all Atlan products.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive data quality strategy for Atlan, driving improvements and innovation in data quality management.
• Oversee the entire product development lifecycle for data quality initiatives, from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
• Create and maintain a product roadmap for data quality, prioritizing features and enhancements based on customer needs and business objectives.
• Conduct market research: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to inform product decisions and identify new opportunities.

• Domain Experience: 5+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on Data Quality or Analytics.
• Good communication skills: Ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels, internally and externally.
• Strategic thinking: Experience in developing and executing strategic plans for data quality initiatives.
• Experience working with design and engineering teams: Collaborative mindset with a proven track record of working cross-functionally with design and engineering teams.
• Experience working in data analytics: Strong understanding of data analytics principles and practices.
• Good at research: Ability to conduct thorough research and analysis to inform data quality strategies and decisions.
