About the Role As a Senior Product Manager, you will envision and execute (build products) that touch the Cx aspects. Your strong Product Manager background combined with specific experience in solving CX issues through logical thinking, analysis, and working with the business teams to arrive at innovative solutions. What You\'ll Do Hold the CX product lever for the group and collaborate with business teams to suggest, lead and implement the right solutions Manage the push-pulls of business stakeholders to arrive at the right solution based on the context, priority Arrive and manage the product metrics of the different products under CX Analyze and look at engineered solutions or off-the-shelf integrations. Support your manager in delivering an end-to-end experience for central themes that cut across different businesses Work with design, finance, data science, engineering, and other PM partners to understand their needs, pain points, and use cases and integrate them appropriately into the product requirements document. Collaborate with the engineering team to walk them through the product features you want to build and deliver them. Monitor analytics dashboard to check product performance and take appropriate actions to fix issues. What You\'ll Need Minimum 6 years of experience delivering successful, innovative customer-facing products/enterprise internal applications/experience of past experience delivering CX products You are able to write clear specifications and contribute meaningfully to specifications for major features. Your specs define a clear, meaningful, and achievable goal across various devices, and platforms targeted for your feature. Your specs describe functionality in sufficient detail for stakeholders to understand the feature and for engineers to build the feature. You are able to develop effective working relationships with your engineering team, finance teams, and other stakeholders and can effectively articulate the goals and business justification for your current project. You can triage and prioritize the severity of bugs and make recommendations for whether something is a launch blocker or not. You have a basic understanding of general analytics best practices and internal company tools. You understand the benefits and trade-offs of using various user feedback channels including surveys, focus groups, usability tests, customer support analysis, app reviews, and other forms of research. Working with your manager, you are able to distill user feedback into an actionable understanding of user sentiment for your product area. Working with the design team, you are able to create a UI that is high-quality, meets the project & business requirements, and abides by the design and style standards of the company. You are also able to create wireframes both on your own and in coordination with the design team. You can effectively identify teams and other stakeholders directly impacted by your current project, gather their feedback, and work with your manager to appropriately integrate that feedback.
