Our client is a well-funded AgriTech startup with a global footprint and a rapidly expanding tech team based in India.The RoleWe are looking for a Product leader in the Agriculture/Climate/Sustainability industry to join us in the development and growth of our decarbonization platform, an essential tool in empowering agricultural enterprises. You will be responsible to:

• Shape and maintain the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, ensuring alignment with our mission and broader business goals.
• Partner closely with engineering, data science, UX/UI, and business development teams to design and deliver an exceptional product.
• Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities and differentiate our platform.
• Work with stakeholders to understand user needs and pain points, translating them into actionable product requirements.
• Define, monitor, and optimize key performance indicators (KPIs) to track product success and impact.
• Oversee the product backlog, write detailed user stories, and collaborate with development teams to ensure on-time delivery of high-quality features.
• Act as the primary communicator between technical teams and business stakeholders, clearly articulating the product vision, feature roadmap, and timelines.
• Keep up to date with advancements in carbon accounting, sustainable agriculture, and relevant emerging technologies.
• Work with marketing and sales teams to develop go-to-market strategies, messaging, and product positioning.

• You have at least 6 years of Product Management experience, with significant experience building products related to farming/carbon emissions/calamity management, etc.
• You have hands-on experience in carbon markets, including a solid understanding of carbon insetting and offsetting mechanisms.
• You also have a solid knowledge of carbon accounting principles, sustainability reporting frameworks (e.g., GHG Protocol), and agricultural practices
• A hands-on understanding of agile development methodologies and experience working in fast-paced, iterative environments is required.
• You have a proven track record of translating complex technical concepts into user-friendly products.
• You are analytical and a problem-solver.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization, would be required to drive results.
• You are detail-oriented, with strong project management skills.
• You are passionate about sustainability and leveraging technology to drive positive environmental impact.
