Senior PM: EnterpriseToast is driven by building the restaurant platform that helps restaurants adapt, take control, and get back to what they do best: building the businesses they love. We do this for restaurants of all sizes, from SMB through Enterprise.This role will focus on the unique challenges present for our Enterprise restaurant operators. You will think about staff workflows, guest experiences and operator/manager needs at scale, taking into account how Toast\'s products can deliver customer value across our entire platform, solving problems for enterprise customers who use Toast each and every day.The Senior Product Manager: Enterprise will define, deliver and promote a comprehensive roadmap across Enterprise functionality for Toast. This highly cross-functional role requires a strong sense of prioritization, discernment and ability to dig deep and identify the true customer needs. This roll will work cross-functionally and cross-team, partnering with stakeholders in Enterprise Solutions, Support and Sales to identify and deliver critical functionality for our Enterprise customers across a wide array of technologies, from Toast\'s POS to our Partner Ecosystem.This role requires a unique blend of business and stakeholder acumen, user-centric design, and ability to make decisions quickly and follow through.About this roll* (Responsibilities)

• Define the end to end user experience for Enterprise functionality at Toast
• Prioritize and sequence initiatives designed to meet the needs of complex and varying levels of end user sophistication
• Govern and guide your engineering team, and others all working in partnership to deliver on customer needs and jobs to be done
• Define, own and manage communicating your roadmap to a wide variety of stakeholders, from c-suite through to partner engineering groups across the organization
• Refine, document and deliver on solutions required to help our Enterprise customers grow

• Experience driving a diverse array of end user experiences
• Comfortable with a high degree of ambiguity and a keen sense of refinement and discernment to solve customer problems
• Outcome focused product management experience with skills in user research, industry research and product frameworks
• Self-motivated and dedicated with proven creative/critical thinking capabilities.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Solid analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.
