We are seeking a Senior Product Manager who is a self-starter, ready to learn and experiment, and able to work both independently and as part of a team. A key driver of success will be the ability to focus on the highest leverage activities in the face of rapid change and new information, and the ability to independently drive activities all the way to successful completion. Role focus on Product that manages realtime API based AI/ML data driven insights product. which is consumed by global Merchants, Acquirers and payment service providers

The Senior Product Manager will be defining the integration needs for various partners, work closely with development organization in delivering requirements including the data scientists , tracking execution and in commercialization the product in market.

Essential Functions

Support the development of the product strategy, go-to-market plans, and product design documents (concept document, business case, product requirements). Create business case and co-ordinate various stakeholders to streamline the details from ideation to commercialization

Evaluate build, partner and buy options in the case of new product creation , modernization of existing capabilities and guide with data driven decisions

Understand market trends, competition, user requirements and potential possibility to explore the partnership opportunities to accelerate product capabilities. Distill market research to provide perspective to the team and product management leaders to inform insights and decisions.

Support the development of the product roadmap to define/support the product goals and strategies Become subject matter expert on Visa Acceptance Solutions payment reconciliation capabilities and support the product team in driving the development of product features and functionality, leveraging the strong foundation of existing capabilities where appropriate.

Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., regional teams, technology, client services, other product teams, risk, and other applicable groups) to define and execute a cohesive strategy related to reconciliation capabilities and owning complete responsibility of the outcome.

Drive the team to create new data science related product capabilities with data scientists with data collection, concept model creation, validation , Fine tuning , mature model design, Convert the final model to real time product in stages till commercialization

Build and maintain product dashboards for various metrics and update partners on product performance with data driven insights

Evaluate the potential opportunity to inject the upcoming new technical advancement in data science (AI/ML ) to modernize the existing offering to next generation market leading product.

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs. \xe2\x80\x8b

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

• 8 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or at least 5 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 2 years of work experience with a PhD

Preferred Qualifications:

• 9 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or at least 6 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 4 years of work experience with a PhD
• Strong analytical skills with familiarity of payment systems
• Experience in building card processing connections , BIN related product capabilities, data driven API based real time product capabilities
• Ability to explain complex business and technical concepts to broad audiences in an approachable way and strong documentation and presentation skills
• Detail oriented and highly execution focused by working in conjunction with various counterparts across multiple functional groups
• Ability to quickly learn about the internal systems and how it all works together
• Ability to influence, negotiate and drive results, ensuring that timelines are adhered to and any risks to the project are called out early
• Possess a relentless client-centric, result-driven mindset coupled with strong problem solving skills and an ability to break down complex problems and propose alternative, new ways of thinking.
• Expertise in delivering data insights, strategic planning and analytic strategy is highly desirable
