As a Product Manager you ll be responsible for specifying new functionality across the product that protects the email communications of 10 s of 1000 s of customers globally This is a key role that will help shape the future of the product as we expand out the capabilities of our product to include collaboration security and end-user risk-assessment You will lead the definition, execution and delivery of projects which add new functionality and enhance existing functionality in our Cloud Gateway product giving our customers better communication and collaboration security and deeper insights into the cybersecurity behaviour of their end-users The ideal candidate will have the following characteristics: Proven current/previous experience (5+ years) in a similar role as a Senior Product Manager for a SaaS platform, preferably with an email or collaboration security company. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a talent for clearly explaining complex technical concepts at all levels, especially to customers and executives. Technical Credibility. You will be experienced in engaging with technical teams involved at all stages of the product lifecycle and able to discuss technical concepts with these teams credibly and knowledgably, ideally with collaboration security domain knowledge. Leadership: You will be the main interface between the business and our development teams: your colleagues trust you to make the right decisions and give business guidance.
