Identify, work through, and prioritize requirements for new product features. Wrap up requirements in User Stories and technical tasks organized in a ranked list (product backlog). Creating Acceptance Criteria and validating the result on Sprint demos. Managing the sprints scope. Managing the upcoming release s scopes. Promptly resolving all the issues related to the clarification and adaptation of requirements. Continuously and proactively interact with internal and external stakeholders as well as with different development teams when working with requirements and dependencies. Coach junior staffs when necessary To succeed in this role, you must have experience in: 6+ years of working experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner role. Should have worked in some projects related to the development of complex software systems. Experience in working with a scrum team distributed across multiple geographies Excellent analytical & communication skills. Ability to quickly find and assimilate new information. Excellent presentation skills, ability to effectively convey information verbally and graphically. Upper-intermediate spoken and written English (we have constant communication with teams and stakeholders all over the World). Excellent understanding of software development processes for server-based services. An understanding of the principles and practical experience of Unified Communication as a Service (uCaaS), Telecommunication will be a plus.
