As a Senior Product Manager, you will own product features and capabilities for the Citrix Secure Private Access product focused on delivery market leading Zero Trust access solution. This role will be responsible for product definition including product requirements documents, use-case development, positioning, evangelizing, roadmap planning, packaging, and work with Product Marketing on pricing and sales tools. The ideal candidate will have an engineering or computer science background both academically and in practice, coupled with strong interest and experience in access management, Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA), Software Defined Perimeter (SDP), VPN technology etc. Duties and Responsibilities Engages with Engineering and Product Management stakeholders to build relationships and clearly communicate status, schedule, and expectations. Responsible for managing product backlog prioritizing user stories based on market evidence, pivotal initiatives, internal partner needs and revenue opportunities and presenting product roadmap and product strategy for assigned product line to key stakeholders, including executive team. Collaborate with Product Marketing Manager peer to define and communicate distinctive competence and assisting with building business case proposals and other go-to-market documents, helping with product-focused sales and marketing training, as well as analyst interviews. Required Experience and Skills A minimum of 2-5 years of relevant experience in Product Management, Sales Engineering, Engineering, Consulting, or other relevant business areas. Experience with enterprise class products especially in cloud security, VPN, Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA), and cloud access proxy technologies. Experience with cloud networking and SaaS services. Experience documenting research findings, market analysis, and product requirements for both technical and non-technical audiences. Experience with planning and management of product life cycle. Experience presenting to wide ranging audiences, including internal stakeholders, Webinars, trainings, customer visits, trade shows, and industry events. Excellent customer listening and presentation skills. Strong competitive and market analysis skills, knows how to run a product team and how to conduct an effective meeting. Education BS/BA in engineering or computer science required. MS/MBA preferred.
