It\xe2\x80\x99s an opportunity to be part of something special.About the roleThe artwork Senior Product Manager is the Tech person accountable for the set of products in the Artwork portfolio.For products in their domain, the Artwork Senior Product Manager is accountable for product strategy, delivery, and operations across all lifecycle stages. They use Agile practices to deliver value early and often, aligning with business priorities.The Artwork Senior Product Manager partners with the Business Product Owner to develop a value-driven innovation pipeline and define a product roadmap aligned with the Haleon Supply Chain strategic objectives.Key responsibilitiesAccountable for product strategy, product delivery, and operations for products in the artwork portfolio to support decision-making and continuous improvement and ensure the Haleon supply chain artwork business team has the best processes and systems to support the global artwork operating model.Collaborate with key business stakeholders to develop a multiyear product pipeline, prioritized to support Haleon\xe2\x80\x99s Supply Chain strategic objectives over a 5-year horizon.Apply Agile principles and practices to drive the products forward in partnership with the business product owner. Promote and coach Agile practices within Tech and in engagement with business.Accountable for delivery of individual project scope, budgets and plans \xe2\x80\x93 managing these to complete the agreed plan with a focus on the expected Haleon quality standards.Accountable for the operational support and lifecycle management of the Artwork solutions. This includes management of operational risks and activities to adhere to Cyber Security and IT Operational Standards.
