Job Description

Role & Responsibilities: As a Senior Product Manager (AI/ML) at Physics Wallah, you will: Collaborate with executives and stakeholders to identify and define AI-driven problem-solving opportunities. Develop and execute a comprehensive AI/ML product strategy and roadmap aligning with our company\'s mission and goals. Lead end-to-end management of AI products, spanning Machine Learning, NLP, Vision, and LLMs applications. Champion a user-centric approach, leveraging user feedback and data for informed product decisions. Define data requirements and strategies for AI/ML models, collaborating closely with data engineers and scientists. Conduct gap analysis on existing data and identify new data sources. Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to transition AI products into production. Work closely with engineering, design, business, and other teams to ensure timely product launches and effective go-to-market strategies. Oversee the entire product development lifecycle, from concept to launch, ensuring the delivery of high-quality products that exceed customer expectations. Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure product success and regularly analyze performance to drive iterative improvements. Qualifications & Skill Sets: To excel in this role, you should have: A bachelor\'s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field; additional qualifications in Data Science or similar domains are preferred. Proven product management experience (5+ years), with a focus on AI/ML products. Previous experience in a B2C company with significant scale in terms of DAU/MAU (e.g., Swiggy, Ola, Paytm) is a plus, as is experience with fast-growing startups. Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and their practical applications. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities. The ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
