Its an opportunity to be part of something special.About the roleWe are looking for Product Expert in areas of Banking & In-House Cash. The role requires a broad range of multi-disciplinary skills in SAP FICO, FSCM (In House Cash, Bank Communication Management, Cash & Liquidity Management) Modules, Payments on Behalf (POBO), Collections on Behalf (COBO) Models & other Cash and Banking Processes, experience of working on market-specific Legal/Fiscal changes for Payments, working experience of ISO20022 XML, MT, CAMT Messages, experience of working with interfaces (using SFTP, MBC, PI/ PO and Middleware), Accounts Payables Processes, Bank Master Data, Intercompany Netting Cashless and Physical Settlement, Banks Statement Reconciliation), solution design, change management, product management and more. The Product Expert Banking & In-House Cash speaks with authority on their suite of solutions and provides specialist professional and technical advice to senior leaders in both Finance and Technology domains and provides input into strategic decisions for the solution area of Banking & In-House Cash. The Product Expert Banking & In-House Cash requires both technical and interpersonal skills to design, describe, and manage their technology domain and how they interact with other domains.The position is part of Haleons CTO organization within our Enterprise Applications function and reports into the Director in Finance Systems. The Product Expert Role is an Individual Contributor (IC) and has expertise of in-depth technical knowledge of SAP FICO, FSCM (In House Cash, Bank Communication Management, Cash & Liquidity Management) within the processes in Record to Report/Treasury for Healthcare or Consumer Goods industries.Role ResponsibilitiesBuild SAP ERP technology solutions that transform Finance and Analytics functions.Contribute to large-scale, global work streams requiring specific knowledge of SAP within the Finance function.Design, configure, test, and deploy FICO/FSCM Banking & In House Cash Solutions and ensure that all the pieces work together seamlessly.Analyze technical and functional integration requirements.Design, configuration and test business process.Design and configuration in areas of IHC and Banking with focus on FICO, FSCM (In House Cash, Bank Communication Management, Cash & Liquidity Management) modules.Perform testing cycles across teams as well as cutover activities as required for go-live preparation.Preparation of end user documents and functional design documents.Guide performance testing & training teams rolling out a successful module to the user community.Resolve Defects during Testing, Cutover and Hypercare phases.Impact assesses any cross-product initiatives and build relationships within CTO to help manage the demand.Basic Qualifications:Minimum of 7 years experience in SAP FICO/FSCM (In House Cash, BCM, Cash & Liquidity Management)Minimum of 1 end-to-end SAP FSCM - In House Cash implementation.In depth knowledge of Payments on Behalf Of and Collections on Behalf of via In House Cash.Experience in working with on application such as Quantum, etc. will be advantage.Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with business stakeholders, finance teams, and other IT professionals.Be able to articulate proposed solutions clearly to non-technical people.Ability to work on tight deadlines.Strong interpersonal skills. Capable of working effectively in large, complex cross functional teams, capable of building relationships across different stakeholders and functional groupsSolution oriented and problem solvingDynamic, flexible, team player and result driven.Flexibility to work across different time-zonesPreferred Qualifications:Chartered Accountant, Cost Accountant, MBA Finance or EquivalentExperience in working with Agile, Scrum, Kanban and waterfall delivery models.Experience in a Pharmaceutical or FMCG commercial and manufacturing environment.Experience in a regulated environment is a plus.Implementation Experience of Bank Statement Formats - MT940, CAMT.053, ISO20022 XML Message Formats (Payments, Direct Debits, Bills of Exchange, SEPA, Post Dated Cheques, Electronic Cheques), MT Payment FormatsImplementation Experience of POBO (Payments on Behalf Of), COBO (Collection on Behalf Model) and Intercompany Settlements via Cashless Netting / Physical Settlements.Understanding of Treasury Applications i.e., Quantum or SAP TRM etc. is a plus.Understanding of ECC Integration with MBC, PI/PO, Middleware (MQ)., SunGard /Trax Systems.Experience with SAP Solution ManagerCertification in SAP Financials, S/4 HANA is a plus.Care to join us.
