About The Role We are looking for expert knowledge to deliver a number of use cases across Corporate finance within Finance Systems. As we look at implementing our future deliverables for Corporate Finance this Product Expert Role is to help deliver ICT ( Inter-Company Profit Tracking ) changes to Finance Systems Portfolio. We seek a team of experienced and talented individuals to help shape the future of the Enterprise Applications and deliver its strategy. The position is part of Haleon\'s CTO organization within our Enterprise Applications function and reports into respective Director in Finance Systems. The Product Expert Role is an Individual Contributor (IC) and has expertise of in-depth technical knowledge of SAP Product Costing Module and Intercompany processes within supply chain for Healthcare or Consumer Goods industries. Role Responsibilities Experience in developing, configuring, and deploying complex Costing problem statements, including solution build, configuration, testing and delivery to meet business requirements. Works with ever demanding business within Corporate Finance and deliver SAP changes for ICT Contributes to their team or domain meeting goals through successfully leading and consistently delivering on projects of highly ambiguous scope, high complexity, and critical business impact. Impact assesses any cross-product initiatives and build relationships within CTO to help manage the demand Why you Basic Qualifications: 7+ years of Solid SAP configuration experience in SAP Product Costing incl. Material Ledger (CO-PC-PCP, CO-PC-OBJ, CO-PC-ACT-ML) and SAP Financials (FI-GL, FI-AA, SPL,Inter-Company AP/AR, Profit Elimination, Project Systems), CO (CCA, PA, PCA). Having ABAP is a must to understand the bespoke ICT Application. Proven ability to engage with business process owners to understand the business needs and priorities, lead requirement gathering and analysis, and design solutions leveraging appropriate tools and platforms Experience in implementing large and complex SAP Projects, solution build, configuration and delivery to meet business requirements. Expert hands on experience in developing SAP solutions using configuration in FICO modules especially Product costing , Standard settings and Annual Transfer Pricing. Demonstrated breadth of knowledge and solution delivery experience across the end-to-end financial process and its integration points with other processes (AP, AR, Banking, HR, O2C, P2P, Production, BI etc.), acquired through multiple hands-on roles in global SAP implementations Knowledge and understanding of local legal and fiscal requirements and their implications on ERP Demonstrated ability to understand Finance Processes, including but not limited to CO-PC, FI-GL, AP, AR, Balance Sheets, P&L Ability to understand the end to end process from ECC to Reporting and being able to comprehend and support business from all technologies is an added advantage. Strong interpersonal skills. Capable of working effectively in large, complex cross functional teams, capable of building relationships across different stakeholders and functional groups Solution oriented and problem solving Dynamic, flexible, team player and result driven Flexibility to work across different time-zones Preferred Qualifications: Experience on FICO modules and O2C/AR processes Experience in working with Agile, Scrum, Kanban and waterfall delivery models Experience in a Pharmaceutical or FMCG commercial and manufacturing environment Experience in a regulated environment is a plus Experience with middleware e.g. SAP PO and API technologies Prior experience with emerging technologies including ML, AI, IoT and Blockchain is a plus Experience with SAP Solution Manager Certification in SAP Financials, S/4 HANA is a plus Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Care to join us.
