Role Overview:We are seeking a creative and experienced Senior Product Designer to lead our product design initiatives. As a key member of our product development team, you will play a pivotal role in defining and executing the design strategy for our digital products, ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience, leading the design team and building design culture.Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design process for our digital products (web + mobile) including user research, wireframing, prototyping, user testing, and final implementation.

• Collaborate closely with CXOs, product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define product vision and strategies, ensuring alignment with user needs and business goals.

• Develop and maintain design systems and guidelines to ensure product consistency and quality across multiple platforms and devices.

• Create a design culture fostering a culture of creativity, innovation, and continuous learning within the team and mentor and provide guidance to junior designers.

• Stay abreast of the latest design trends, tools, and technologies, advocating for best practices and innovative approaches in product design.

Requirements:

• 4-6 years of experience in product design

• Prior experience in a startup or agile development environment, 0-1 journey and fintech is a plus.

• At least 4 years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your skills in first principle thinking, product thinking, UX/UI design, user research, and visual design.

• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, prototyping, lottiefiles tools.

• Experience in conducting user research and usability testing, with a strong ability to translate insights into design decisions.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and decisions to a variety of audiences.
