Attend Quarterly PI (Program Increment) Planning sessions with the Scrum teams and key business stakeholders. Requirements A bachelors or masters degree in a field related to design, such as graphic design, interaction design, or human computer interaction. 5+ years of experience in product design or related field. Strong portfolio that demonstrates design process, problem-solving skills, and ability to create intuitive user experiences. Extensive experience in using design tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite and online tools for facilitating workshops and design sprints like Miro, Mural or similar. Familiarity with data analytics tools such as Heap, Pendo, Mixpanel etc. Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs. Ability to create and use customer journey maps to inform the design of digital products and platforms, and to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement. Experience with agile development methodologies and working in a cross-functional team environment. Experience using quantitative and qualitative data from user research and usability testing to inform design decisions. Excellent communication skills and ability to present design concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Experience working in industries like EdTech, Media, Publishing, Gaming or Creative Agencies.
