Key Duties & Responsibilities We are looking for a smart, ambitious, and collaborative Senior Product Designer to craft user-centric solutions for multi-brand subscription and account products at Cond Nast. By partnering closely with design leads, researchers, UX writers, product managers, and engineers, you\'ll help launch and iterate on features that help users subscribe to our brands and manage those subscriptions. You\'ll join at an ideal time to make a big impact-working on a large new initiative focused on improving our acquisition, consideration, and conversion funnels (and the tools that power them) for subscribers and members during a time when the business is investing heavily in consumer revenue. Experience designing and launching subscription or e-commerce products Experience designing, launching, and iterating on quality user-centered web products Deep expertise in visual design and interaction design, with the ability to drive and enhance aesthetics Experience simplifying highly complex purchasing flows so they are easily understandable for users Experience with rapid prototyping, iterating, and refining design solutions based on user feedback Experience running user tests or working with UX researchers to define qualitative hypotheses, questions, and qualitative metrics Ability to draw from qualitative research and data analytics to uncover behavioral insights and inform design decisions A broad design toolkit (user journeys, wireframes, functional specs) and the experience to know when to use a particular artifact Ability to work within a design system, knowing when to iterate on existing components that are part of a large product ecosystem Ability to deliver iterative and experimental features with an understanding of how design decisions may affect long term product and technology ecosystems Understanding of web accessibility best practices As a teammate, you collaborate across all disciplines and levels.
