Job Title: Senior, Product & Business Operations AnalystRole Overview: The Product and Business Operations team builds operational infrastructure for Trellixs XDR Business Unit. This spans spear heading large-scale and experimental data collection projects, crafting framework and tools to drive critical-thinking in product investment decisions, ensuring our products and engineering organizations run as smooth. We are looking for a Product and Business Operations Senior Product & Business Operations Analyst to ensure our teams drives with speed and focus towards addressing the opportunities that matter the most.In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring we move tightly from strategy to execution by bringing together quantitative and qualitative data into logical analysis. You will ensure these insights are available to our stakeholders and leadership through automated dashboards to ensure transparency that would help with our commitments whether those are strategic decisions or cost optimization.Responsibilities:7+ years of experience in Create and maintain detailed reports and dashboards to track key metrics and trendsSupport Product Managers to launch new offerings. Define pricing and implementation workflow for the new product. Take the decisions through a governance process.Lead implementation by providing guidance to the team developing various internal systems, deals desk, finance, and accounting.Collaborate with key stakeholders on various sales and marketing initiatives and drive decision making by providing insights and recommendations. Solicit inputs and share updates on new product launches.Provide discounting and pricing guidance to Sales and Deal Desk teams on key dealsBuild new and advanced data analysis using Looker studio and dashboardsFocusing on metrics and KPIs to measure the product performance, cost, efficiency and workforce utilization.Create new metrics and measurement methods and maintain existing ones, evaluate critical performance indicators and through deep data analysis and insights.Support responsible budget management by owing tools and process that give functional leaders clarity over their spend and encourage cost optimizations.QualificationsKnowledge of various Sales and Financial metrics such as Discounting, Average Selling Price, Renewal Rates, Annualized Recurring Revenue, Retention Rates, Pipeline, etc.Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive strategic decision-makingDemonstrated business acumen and ability to build business cases, communicate effectively with presentations and write-ups, influence others, and measure success.Good understanding of the Quote to Cash process and ability to influence each step of the process as per requirement.Strong communication and presentation skills to collaborate with various technical as well as non technical stakeholders.Strong skills to create dashboards, reports and trending within a data warehouse tool such as Looker or PowerBIWork in an individual contributor role.Company Benefits and Perks:We work hard to embrace diversity and inclusion and encourage everyone to bring their authentic selves to work every day.
