Job Description

Responsibilities :

• Experience working in Payer, Provider or PBM Organizations
• 3+ years in a Product Management environment and collaborating with multiple stakeholders (internal, customer organization, vendors)
• Ability to understand applications, systems, processes to enable execution of product and implementation requirements.
• Conduct workshops, understand user personas, identify, decompose, groom, and prioritize user stories while eliciting requirements from business partners and clearly identify acceptance criteria, assumptions, risks, and dependencies.
• Customer obsession, seeking ways to listen, engage and act for their benefit.
• Critical thinking, analysis, and critical thinking skills to address core business problems.
• Support user testing and ensure product meets implementation needs.
• Track progress and perform demo to relevant internal stakeholders and external product users.
• Strong reporting abilities by keeping track of multiple topics/ open questions.
• Strong acumen in MS office related tools - PowerPoint, Excel.
• Experience working with JIRA, Confluence, Visio.
• Aspiring to work in a fast paced and agile environment.
• Has a proactive can-do attitude.

Technical and Professional Requirements :Hands on experience working with

• Payer/ Provider/ PBM organizations
• Any one payer functions - Product, Member, Provider, Contracting, Claims, Quality, Risk Adjustment, HEDIS
• Experience in legacy and web-based systems interfaces, Application Programmable Interfaces (APIs)
• Working knowledge of EPIC, FEATURE and User Story writing.
• Customer users to understand their pain points and turn these into journey maps, actionable user stories.
• Multiple customers conducting analysis and incorporate findings, feedback and insights from customer and business research.
• Sound knowledge and experience on Agile.
• Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.
