Job Summary The Monetisation analytics team is hiring a Senior Product Analyst to execute the growth initiatives, experiments and produce actionable insights which impacts the revenue stream. About the team We have built one of India\'s largest, highly scalable and distributed Subscription platforms in the OTT landscape. Our Ad Platform rides on top of this scale and is among the top Video Advertising Platforms in India and our aspiration is to make it the largest Video Advertising Platforms because no one knows Video-On-Demand, Live Sports and Ads like our Ad Tech team does. We have the opportunity to penetrate in countries outside of India where India\'s freemium model will work just like a charm. The Disney+ Hotstar MarTech platform has replaced a globally well known third party vendor in this segment to build a more customized and more cost-effective platform in-house to reach, engage and grow our own customer base manifold. Key Responsibilities Lead the product analytics function for the Advertising pod Build & Mentor a team of junior product analysts Work with the data engineering team to shape robust & real time data systems with right instrumentation & visualization capabilities. Co-own the pod goals & execute data-led problem solving to find actionable insights across reach, cohorts, engagement & delivery. Execute, monitor and validate A/B tests reliably. Work with product & business teams to identify high level requirements/problems and build analytical frameworks & presentations. Build reports & dashboards that enable a more data aware organization and reflect the health of different initiatives. Skills & Attributes for success Post Graduate degree or equivalent preferably in Business Administration/ Statistics/ Operational Research/ Mathematics. 5-8 years of experience currently working as Senior Business Analyst / Senior Product Analyst. Demonstrated experience in data modeling, predictive analysis, and expertise in R, SQL, Python. Experience with Reporting/BI tools, data warehousing concepts and ETL development and tools. Familiar with digital analytics and clickstream data. Experience with distributed analytic processing technologies is desired (e.g. Hive). Experience with Mixpanel, Adobe analytics, appsflyer, Behavioral analytics, apsalar etc. Extremely strong analytical orientation/bent of mind and consumer understanding.
