  • Support multiple products including Software as a Service, Contact Centers and Contract Management
  • Create product strategy documents that describe business cases, translating business and technical requirements into user stories, creating high-level use cases using the Agile in support of the development team.
  • Prioritizing development and product backlog based on business value.
  • Working closely with the development team to clarify requirements and resolve issues.
  • Tracking project progress and providing updates to stakeholders.
  • Assisting in the testing and validation of developed solutions.
  • Collaborating with Development Teams: Working closely with engineering and design teams to develop and enhance product features.
  • Overseeing Implementation: Ensuring the new features for multiple products are properly implemented across the organization, which may involve working with various teams and departments.
  • Analyzing User Behavior: Using data to understand how users are interacting with the various products and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Managing Stakeholder Expectations: Regularly communicating with stakeholders about the progress of product development and implementation.
  • Budget Management: Managing the budget for product development and implementation, which might involve making decisions about which features to develop based on cost and impact.
  • Drive the product- and business-planning processes for cross-functional teams
  • Analyze customer needs, current market trends, and potential partnerships from an ROI and build-vs.-buy perspective
  • Develop an ongoing training, implementation and communications plan to drive consistent and effective use and understanding of the multiple products.
This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.QualificationsRequired skills and qualifications
  • Strong experience in a dynamic product management role
  • Experience in Software as a Service (IVR, WFH, Agent Routing)
  • Experience Contract Centers (Microsoft and Genesys) and Contract Management (i.e Icertis)
  • Proven success in overseeing all elements of the product development lifecycle
  • Writing and editing skills, combined with strong presentation and public speaking skills.
  • Previous experience in CRM strategies and implementation.
  • Product management skills: developing, managing and prioritizing a roadmap and backlog, taking into account competing business needs.
  • Strong analytical skills along with project management and planning skills
Preferred skills and qualifications
  • Bachelor\'s degree (or equivalent) in product design, engineering and business administration.
  • At least 5 years of experience in implementation and enhancements process.
  • Should be analytical, data-driven, and well-versed with Excel.
  • Detail-oriented and thrive in dynamic and fast-paced working environments.
  • Possess excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
  • A strong team player and comfortable working in matrix environments.
  • Process Improvement background (Six Sigma, Lean, etc).
