Senior Procurement Associate
Gurgaon, Haryana, IndiaWe are looking for a high-performing individual to serve as a Senior Procurement Associate for our Global Sourcing and Procurement function in India. This role requires a detailed understanding of the Procurement cycle, Procure-to-pay processes and proven experience with integrating business processes and policies. The candidate will collaborate with internal & external teams and management. To be a successful candidate, he/she needs to be self-motivated and comfortable working in flexible shift timings.DISCOVER your opportunityWhat will your essential responsibilities include?\xc2\xb7 Support business colleagues with Procurement tools (Coupa), Procure to activities: PR-PO, Supplier Onboarding, Workflow Management, User Management, Supplier Portal etc.\xc2\xb7 Support the Supplier Onboarding process on the Coupa P2P system.\xc2\xb7 Support management reporting and prepare monthly Procurement dashboards & reports.\xc2\xb7 Conduct training to onboard suppliers on the Coupa Supplier Portal. For suppliers reluctant to do it, the power of persuasion will be needed.\xc2\xb7 Actively manage Procurement Operations communication channels to provide functional support.\xc2\xb7 Closely monitor the PO cycle and action for unattended Procurement liabilities.\xc2\xb7 Support with Procurement/Sourcing back-office activities, including SLAs, KPIs, Spend Analysis, Process Transformation and Continuous Improvement process.\xc2\xb7 Perform periodic reviews to ensure the process is fully compliant with Procurement & company policies.\xc2\xb7 Identify opportunities for Continuous Improvement or Innovative Business Ideas for upscaling the P2P process, customer feedback, reducing cycle time etc.You will report to the Dy. Manager - Procurement Operations.QualificationsSHARE your talentWere looking for someone who has these abilities and skills:Required Skills and Abilities:\xc2\xb7 Experience working in ERP/Procurement systems (preferably Coupa/SAP/Ariba).\xc2\xb7 Relevant years of working experience in the Procurement domain supporting day-to-day operations & reporting.\xc2\xb7 Good understanding of Procurement Life Cycle and Procurement Operations activities.\xc2\xb7 Excellent written/verbal skillset for business communications/meetings with internal/external stakeholders.\xc2\xb7 Excellent working knowledge of MS Office suite and preferably with working knowledge of reporting tools like PowerBI, QlikView etc.Desired Skills and Abilities:\xc2\xb7 Analytical Abilities - Ability to analyze expenditure from various aspects (Cost, Expenditure Type, Department, Cost Center etc.) and support management need of information.\xc2\xb7 A knack for negotiation and influencing people.\xc2\xb7 Bent of mind towards cost savings/optimization through analysis and decision support.\xc2\xb7 Bent of mind towards Process transformation and Continuous improvement.\xc2\xb7 Preferably with Postgraduate/Graduate/Certification in the Procurement domain.\xc2\xb7 Preferably with experience in Supplier Onboarding, Supplier Portal & Contract Management.FIND your futureAXA XL, the P&C and speciality risk division of AXA, is known for solving complex risks.
