• Operational Process Management in Service Operations focusing on the Service Execution Framework including process mapping, maturity assessments and standardization.

• Drive implementation of Business Process Management \xe2\x80\x98BPM\xe2\x80\x99 in Service Operations and drive engagement with selected stakeholders in Service and beyond.

• Facilitation of Process Workshops, support in audits and managing continuous improvement activities supporting improvement of our process landscape.

• Identify, initiate and drive operational and strategic improvement projects in Operational Excellence based on processes requiring particular focus.

• Support cross-functional project team as required within Service and key interfaces to other functions including Onshore and Offshore business units

• Drive operational and strategic process optimizations taking an end-to-end perspective and align them with all affected departments within Service

• Secure robust, sustainable control plans are in place with clear metrics, training, standards and procedures in alignment with our Process Landscape in Service
