Senior Process Manager Roles and responsibilities: Work with the client and account team to understand the client\'s business objectives and advertising strategy to develop media plans and campaigns. Make decisions on the best form of media for specific clients and campaigns. Carrying out qualitative and quantitative research into audience needs, preferences and behavior. Execute media buying across various digital advertising platforms - Google ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn, Instagram etc. Monitor and maintain campaign budgets, pacing and bid adjustments and proactively advocate for campaign adjustments based on performance trends. Pushing audiences to demand gen buying/execution platforms with SF Audience Studio - the entire display advertising ecosystem and create campaigns ad platforms. Building reports based on display ads from Facebook, Google and other channels to share results with broader team to assist with campaign strategy, web journey optimization and other marketing channel execution. Analyze and report on campaigns, leads, revenue, and ROI. Technical and Functional Skills: Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Engineering or a relevant field. 4-10 years of experience as a Media buyer or a similar job in marketing department/Media agency managing performance campaigns. Strong knowledge of Google Campaign Manager, Facebook Business Account. Strong understanding of bidding techniques - Autobid, CPC, CPM etc. Familiar with A/B and Multivariate testing. Excellent communication skills with ability to translate complexity into creative campaigns. Expert understanding the leading mobile and web analytics tools, marketing automation software and advertising technology in general. Good to have hands on Salesforce Advertising Studio, DMP, CDP.
