Job Description

This position is responsible for releasing vessels and tracking container movements in our systems, follow-up / interacting with terminals and OCL's to get the requirement missing information's. Would require good written communication, stake holder management, and result oriented.


Require flexibility to rotational shifts, especially ready for night shift.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities

• Updating all vessel operation moves in our systems
• Communicates daily with OCL's, terminals, Depots, and internal teams to release a vessel and resolving issues.
• Coordinate and problem solve issues with regards to vendor payment queries.
• Meets all vessel release deadline requirements eliminating any service failures.
• Handle all customer queries with empathy and understanding the customer needs and driving towards positive NPS through case management


+ Records and audits all documents for releasing a vessel
• Update relevant systems to track container movement
• Develops and maintains a positive working rapport with customers, Terminal Operators, and OCL
• Cross learning capability and supporting team as in when required and supporting in being an engaged team
