and performs/updates the tasks/steps in the system as illustrated
without any supervision. Performs audits of work performed by Team
member Sales.:-
- Performs transactional activities/supports activities including service
- information updates, surcharge updates, line creation and pricing in
- MARS like to Key clients.
- Performs system processing as per defined guidelines/standard operating
- procedures.
- Responds to all enquiries in a timely and accurate manner.
- Highlights issues, if any, and requests corrective action from
- supervisor.
- Communicates with stakeholders regarding process issues if required.
- Makes recommendations and suggestions on how to improve processes and
- procedures.
