Opportunity The team interacts primarily with stakeholders in Sales, Business Controller, Customer Support, Customer Experience teams as well as internal stakeholders in FinOps. As Process Expert in SCM TCM Cashbox Error Handling you will have the opportunity to become more cognizant in various functionals by creating more synergy in process, your detailed understanding of E2E business knowledge right from rates via CB tool till SO/PO interface in system will help to improve follow-on FinOps billing process in our business Key Responsibilities Should have immense of knowledge to support SCM planners with weekly monitoring of iDocs in SAP Platform Should work closely with to serve as the primary contact to troubleshoot and find root cause in interface document failures so proactively prevent iDocs failures occurring in the future Setting desired LUT setups in upstream as per business requirements in SAP To actively plan and support new business opportunities, integrations, and transfers through monitoring iDocs/Auto PO error logs To be pro-active in improving the Supply Chain performance and to consistently meet and exceed business requirements To actively participate in cost reduction and risk mitigation projects as well as prepare and present project updates associated with iDocs and auto PO interface issues To be able to communicate with all levels of an organization in a clear, concise, and accurate manner To use excellent analytical and numerical skills to understand, interpret, and utilize data and information To work closely in cross functional teams as representative for Supply Chain Planning / SCM TCM To lead discussions to expedite solutions related to iDocs To prioritize workload to achieve deadlines in all areas To assist in analysing and optimizing the Supply Chain as an end-to-end value stream Who we are looking for . You hold Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in business, finance, science, arts or any other discipline from a reputed institute . You have at least three years of work experience in SCM & Logistic business with more technical knowledge in SAP . You have a thorough understanding of SCM in Logistic and a sincere interest in understanding the business to drive performance and value . You are result driven and have a strong logical and analytical capacity being well organized with high attention to detail . You are a self-starter with a strong driving force and a \'can-do\' attitude, striving for continuous improvement and wanting to solve problems even if finding answers are not easy . You enjoy working with Senior stakeholders and the challenges this presents, whilst at the same time enjoys working in the engine room and not afraid of \'getting your hands dirty\' . You are an extroverted team player who is used to and enjoys working independently with ability to engage with and influence, guide and challenge multiple stakeholders . You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong integrity and a humble personality that goes well with people at all levels in a global organization . You are used to and enjoy working in a challenging, fast paced and changing environment dealing with a lot of different tasks at the same time . You are skilled in Excel and PowerPoint, while experience from BI systems and SAP is a plus . You are skilled in written and spoken English. . Past experience working within SCM & Logistics business is an additional benefit but not a must.
