Job SummaryWe are seeking a dedicated Senior Process Executive for our B&L team with 2 to 4 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in MS Excel and preferably domain experience in Frclsr Claim File&srv(MortgLn) and Customer service (Mortgage). This is a work-from-office position with night shifts. No travel is required.Responsibilities1+ year of experience in Mortgage BPO Transaction/ Data Processing background. -Have experience in foreclosure claim file servicing and mortgage loan processes. * Handle foreclosure and claim files related to mortgage loans ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.

• Basic knowledge of Mortgage industry
• Oversee daily operations and ensure all processes are executed efficiently and accurately.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing and resolving mortgage-related inquiries and issues.
• Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and enhance overall productivity.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for all transactions and interactions.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
• Assist in the development and implementation of new procedures to optimize workflow.
• Ensure all tasks are completed within the designated timelines and meet quality standards.
• Participate in training sessions to stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
• Support the team in achieving departmental goals and objectives.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth operations.
• Contribute to a positive work environment by demonstrating professionalism and teamwork.

Qualifications * Demonstrate excellent customer service skills particularly in the mortgage domain.

• Exhibit strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
• Show proficiency in managing and prioritizing multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Display effective communication skills both written and verbal.

Certifications RequiredCertified Mortgage Servicer (CMS) or equivalent certification preferred.
