Job Description


Team Lead- P2PQualification:Bachelor/Post Graduate degree in Commerce (exclusion: BE/BTech/MCA/Arts and Science Graduates)Responsibility:Business/ Customer: \xe2\x80\xa2 Articulate/ communicate in a manner which is understood by clients / end-users

  • \xe2\x80\xa2 Connect with the customer & provide highest level of satisfaction to the customer.
  • \xe2\x80\xa2 Provide Analysis.
  • Handling & processing multiline invoices, rectifying errors in vendor master, interacting with buyers/vendors for resolving simple exceptions, adjusting (self) debit notes/vendor credit notes against open invoices, creating vendor account statements, Handling payroll processing, handling RFQ /Price differences, Contract & Catalog processing and upload, basic spend analysis and reporting, RFx support and any adhoc requests to ensure SLAs are met as agreed for customer satisfaction.
Project / Process:
  • \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure process guidelines are followed and met as documented.
  • \xe2\x80\xa2 Achieve process SLAs / metrics - productivity and quality targets within the established timelines.
  • \xe2\x80\xa2 Raise process related issues on time with process lead and team lead.
  • \xe2\x80\xa2 Resolve process related queries, expedite on data requests and escalate for resolutions.
  • \xe2\x80\xa2 Adhere to shift handover process.
  • \xe2\x80\xa2 Adhere to security practices set by organizationImplement.
  • Implement small process improvement projects.
  • \xe2\x80\xa2 Record data relating to production statistics, enduser related notes, etc as appropriate.
  • \xe2\x80\xa2 Contribute towards creation of knowledge updates & stay updated with process knowledge / changes.
  • \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure updation of SOP.
  • \xe2\x80\xa2 Provide updates and submit reports related to own area of work.
  • \xe2\x80\xa2 Perform root cause analysis on the errors made by the team members.
  • In the absence of the PL and TL, perform the following tasks when assigned:
  • i Communicate and manage transport delays.
  • ii Timely Resolution for Technical Issues.
  • iii Escalation of Breach of Code of Conduct.
  • A) Invoice Processing.
  • \xe2\x80\xa2 Process vendor invoices within agreed SLA or before due date.
  • \xe2\x80\xa2 Invoice indexing, if applicable.
  • \xe2\x80\xa2 Perform three way match (GR, PO and Invoice) for PO Invoices.
  • \xe2\x80\xa2 Follow appropriate approval process for nonPO Invoices.
  • \xe2\x80\xa2 Signature verification for nonPO Invoice.
  • \xe2\x80\xa2 Detecting duplicate invoices and avoiding duplicate payments.
  • \xe2\x80\xa2 Processing Priority Invoices.
  • B) Pending/Unprocessable.
  • \xe2\x80\xa2 Clear Pending within Scope.
  • \xe2\x80\xa2 Generate / Review aged pending invoices and coordinate with buyers/vendors for faster clearance.
  • \xe2\x80\xa2.
  • \xe2\x80\xa2 Follow up for GRs for posting the invoices.
  • c) Payment Runs.
  • \xe2\x80\xa2 Validate invoices which are due for payment run.
  • \xe2\x80\xa2 Process manual payment wherever applicable with approvals.
  • \xe2\x80\xa2 Support intercompany payments.
  • Payroll Processing.
  • \xe2\x80\xa2 Process payroll within agreed SLA or before deadlinePerforming reconciliation on payroll activities.
  • \xe2\x80\xa2 Complete the internal QC.
People/Team Management: \xe2\x80\xa2 Act as a buddy for New Hires
  • \xe2\x80\xa2 Conduct peer reviews.
  • \xe2\x80\xa2 Conduct refresher training.
  • \xe2\x80\xa2 Complete mandatory training for self as identified.
  • \xe2\x80\xa2 Contribute to and participate proactively in knowledge sharing sessions.
  • \xe2\x80\xa2 Align individual goals with team objectives (work cohesively with the team).
  • \xe2\x80\xa2 Collate team performance data for reporting purposes as and when requested by Process and Team Lead.
  • \xe2\x80\xa2 Record attendance and time sheet related data.
  • \xe2\x80\xa2 Scheduling Leaves for Self & Team.
  • \xe2\x80\xa2 Flexibility to work in any shift if required.
