Bunge has implemented a Shared Services Center in Chandigarh, India to support Asia Pacific operations in areas of Finance & Accounting, Trade Operations and Treasury. The Executive is responsible for performing Cash & Debt management activities supporting Treasury operations, which services the Asia Pacific / Europe / US operations for Bunge Group. In addition, the Executive is also responsible for supporting Officers in transaction processing & issue resolution.Key Responsibilities

• Manage FX Settlements
• Processing manual Payments
• Perform Sign off of FX contract
• Calculation of MTM on Hedges & Derivatives Securitization working
• Identify & prepare funding/ repayment requirements as required.
• Prepare & submit monthly debt forecast within agreed timelines
• Reconcile debt balance with APAC/Europe/US Treasury Team
• Prepare variance analysis report for debt forecast (planned v/s actuals) and provide commentary for variances
• Prepare & submit Indebtedness report as per defined schedule
• Monitor and reconcile bank accounts
• Involving in KYC process of banks, Opening and closing of bank accounts, ARS set-ups etc.
• Understanding of In-house bank flows, cash pools, IHC settlements

. Additional responsibilities:

• Resolve queries within defined timelines

• Support Officers in performing Cash & debt management accounting & reporting

• Provide reports and run queries to assist APAC/Europe/US Finance Team in period end closing process Identify ideas for process improvement utilizing industry leading practices

• Handle exceptions generated, perform root cause analysis to resolve current issues and act proactively to avert potential issues in future

• Provide all information, documents and reports for audit. Post the audit; take steps as per corrective action plan drafted by the Team Leader.

• File and archive relevant documents

Knowledge and Experience Essential:

• 2 - 3 years of work experience in a similar role

• Experience in Agribusiness/Commodity trading industry preferred

• Minimum Education Qualification - Graduation

• Good knowledge of concepts and procedures related to Cash & debt management accounting & reporting

• Ability to work independently, efficiently and deliver high quality output under time pressure

• Independent and meticulous with figures

• Strong written & oral communications skills in English. Knowledge of Asia languages added advantage. Strong problem solving & organization skills

• Excellent computer skills and competency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)

• Experience in ERP/ Accounting systems/SAP Distinct Advantage

• Experience working in a similar Shared Services Centre setup a distinct advantage

• Experience in processing of high volumes of transactions

• Willing to work in different shift timings specially US shifts
