Without an AI strategy, we face inefficiencies and security issues.This position will ensure AI features align with business requirements, making certain that M365's AI capabilities are secure, scalable, and consistent with our enterprise objectives in accordance with Microsoft's roadmap. The AI Architect will work closely with the Architecture, Engineering, Product Owners, Security, and Operations teams to guarantee that AI usage supports business goals and adheres to security protocols.Key Responsibilities:Enhanced AI Governance & Compliance: Establish centralized ownership of AI-powered features across Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, and Power Platform. Mitigate data security risks by implementing structured AI usage and ensuring compliance with regulations. Consistent Evolution of AI-Powered Automation within M365: Ensure optimal utilization and continuous improvement of AI-powered automation capabilities. Optimized AI-Driven Workflows: Leverage AI expertise to ensure consistent and comprehensive utilization of AI-powered automation in M365, streamlining manual and repetitive processes to enhance overall efficiency. Maximized User Adoption & Optimization: Optimize AI tools for maximum efficiency and user benefit while providing expert guidance in prompt engineering to enable users to fully leverage AI capabilities. Strengthened Security & Risk Management: Implement stringent security protocols for AI-driven automation to prevent data leakage and establish AI access controls to prevent unauthorized use and mitigate potential business risks. Security and Compliance: Ensure all AI implementations adhere to security and compliance standards, prioritizing data privacy and confidentiality. Change & Release Management: Responsible for managing major changes in activity, including both on-premises and cloud-hosted service changes, into the production environment in a compliant and efficient manner. Business Acumen: Collaborate with leadership to define and deliver within budgets, as well as forecast and manage services effectively. Stakeholder Management: Manage expectations and communications with GSK business stakeholders regarding the progress and status of platform delivery.Qualifications:

• 15+ years of IT experience including M365 product suite.
• 5+ years Owning and driving AI strategic initiatives.
• 5+ years in rolling out and managing Copilot.
• 10+ years in managing business stakeholders, demand gathering and delivering tangible outcomes for business.
• Demonstrated Technology experience on xe2x80x93
• Delivering AI strategic initiatives end to end.
• Microsoft 365 Productivity suite.
• Collaboration services.
• Architectural knowledge tied to services.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Batchelors degree in computer science or relevant field.

• Experience running systems with a deep understanding of security, network and record retention requirements
• Experience running and managing on-premises and cloud hosted solutions
• Experience running Automation jobs and managing automation workflow across services.
• Strong communication skills including the ability to collaborate with both technical and business colleagues, including use of key metrics
• Proven track record of strategic execution
• Experience working in a regulated environment (Healthcare, Financial Services CPG, etc.)
• Hands-on experience using Agile development methodologies (SAFe) and DevOps and CI/CD techniques
• Experience with IT Service Management (ITSM)
• Experience managing/engaging distributed teams in multiple time zones that leverage vendors and full-time employees.
